About Offerings at
Thriving the Spiral Way
Thriving the Spiral Way honors that growth is not linear. At different times, we may need rest, reflection, energy support, or gentle guidance. These offerings are not rigid boxes, but flexible pathways that can stand alone or weave together, The direction of our work is clarified through conversation and careful discernment, shaped by readiness and what will be most supportive in a grounded and sustainable way.

All sessions are currently offered via Zoom.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle healing practice rooted in the understanding of universal life force energy — the subtle energy that flows through and sustains all living things. In session, Reiki is offered through focused intention and steady awareness, creating space for balance, relaxation, and integration.
Reiki supports both the body’s energy centers (chakras) and the wider energy field. I work with the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical layers of the aura, allowing areas of imbalance to come into harmony with care and discernment.
Reiki is non-invasive and adaptable. You are simply invited to rest and receive, allowing the session to unfold at a pace that honors your capacity.

Client Experience shared in his own voice. Every journey is unique, and I do not promise specific outcomes:

“I’ve received Reiki, shamanic, and blended sessions with Sheila, and I’ve found so much peace in them — peace that stays with me. I’ve also learned skills to settle myself when I feel triggered. I don’t feel pressured to use the coaching services before I’m ready, which I really appreciate. Most of all, I feel safe with Sheila, and I’m sure others do as well.”

Shamanic Energy Work
Shamanic energy work is spiritually guided and more actively engaged than Reiki. While Reiki is offered as a conduit for universal life force energy — allowing that energy to move where it is most needed — shamanic work involves direct interaction with the energy field.
In this work, energy may be intentionally shifted, cleared, or removed as appropriate. Because of its active nature, shamanic energy work is approached thoughtfully and with careful discernment. The direction of the session is not determined by request, but by what is spiritually guided and responsibly assessed.
The aim is not intensity, but restoration — supporting clarity, alignment, integration, and grounded spiritual steadiness.

Spiritual Coaching
Spiritual coaching is a sacred, conversation-based practice. In these sessions, we engage in thoughtful dialogue and discernment — exploring belief, identity, questions of meaning, and the patterns that shape your inner life.
For those who have experienced trauma — including CPTSD, PTSD, or religion-based trauma — this work offers steady, grounded presence while you examine what feels true, what feels conflicted, and what may need reorientation. The intention is not to prescribe belief or direct your path, but to support you in clarifying and inhabiting what is authentically yours.
This is relational work. Nothing is manipulated or energetically directed. Instead, change unfolds through reflection, sacred attention, and the integration that comes from being met with steadiness and respect.

"...it was such a tragic and traumatic experience. Sheila held space for me to express my anguish. She didn't minimize and I know she understood what I was going through. Working with her I was able to shift something inside myself... Her time with me... [grounding companion, soaking prayer and coaching] made a world of difference in how I was able to move forward from the experience."

Soaking Prayer
Soaking prayer is a contemplative practice of shared stillness before the Divine. It is not guided conversation or active energy work, but intentional time set apart to rest in sacred quiet.
In these sessions, we enter stillness together. There is no agenda, no analysis, and no intervention. The space is held with gentle, prayerful attention, allowing grace — however you understand it — to meet you without pressure or expectation.

Grounding Companion Sessions

Grounding Companion Sessions are brief, steady meetings designed to support nervous system regulation during periods of overwhelm or heightened stress. The focus is present-moment steadiness and helping your system settle in a grounded, sustainable way.
These sessions are practical and responsive, adjusting gently to what supports your capacity without pushing or probing. They are not therapy or crisis intervention, but structured support for times when you need help regaining balance and clarity.
Spiral Skills Workshops
Spiral Skills Workshops are structured, theme-based containers designed to explore a specific topic in a guided and intentional way. Each workshop focuses on one clearly defined theme — which may be spiritual, creative, practical, or integrative in nature.
These workshops are educational and experiential. They are not group processing spaces, and participants do not see or interact with one another. Engagement occurs directly with me through guided instruction and reflection.
Depending on the topic, a workshop may be offered live, pre-recorded, or in a hybrid format, as outlined at registration.
